Payment Methods: Google Checkout and Paypal are accepted. In some cases, checks and USPS money orders are accepted; no other type of money order will be accepted.
Shipment Speed and Method: USPS First Class Mail is used for shipping all items where applicable, except for items that are heavier than 13 Oz which are shipping parcel post or priority mail or media mail. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive on average. Media mail takes 2-9 business days.
Refunds: We have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us by email by the third day after your product's arrival so that a representative can give you a RAM. The day of your item's arrival is counted as the first day.
The RAM should be written on a piece of paper and placed inside the package. Packages that arrive without RAMs will not be accepted. Funds will be returned the same way that they were give. Shipping fees are not refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, all items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent or a refund will not be given. (i.e. new with tags items must be returned in new condition with their tags attached.)
After the third day of a product's arrival, returns are not accepted.
